BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGGREING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE DISCUSSED HERE
1. All payments in USD through Paypal.
2. It’s must be paid before. For big payments you can ask to pay half immediately and half later.
3. I can denied if I feel like I cannot draw the model/ character
4. Provide references as specific as possible.
5. Don’t rush jobs. The delivery expectation is approximately 2-3 weeks after confirming the commission for illustration. 1-2 months for a Vtuber model.
6. Rush fee can be discussed.
7. Additional fees are required depending on character's complexity (10$ - 150$).
8. If you want to change anything in the sketch, you have 3 time to have free revisions and there will be an additional fee for the 4th repair (if change when in line/color part will have more extra fee)
9. Please make a backup of the files once you get them.
10. Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.
11. I have the right to post any artwork on my social media account, if you don’t want to pls tell me.
12. For all fees lost due to money transfer, you will be the one to pay.
13. I can post my finished work as samples, feel free to tell me if you don't want it.
14. Please credit me when you're using the model/ art
15. Model commission is for the artwork and PSD file ONLY
16. All commissioned art are personal use only, it does not give you commercial rights or authority to , profit from the artwork.
17. Vtuber Model Art includes the commercial use on the price.Refund PolicyIf I haven't started the commission yet, I can surely make the 100% refund.If I started to work on the wip, only the 80% will be refunded.Once the job is done there's no refund.
